I’m so excited about this months challenge because we have the privilege of being coached by one of my favorite life coaches and podcaster Jody Moore!!! Have you heard of the Bold New Mom Podcast? Well she will change your life, for reals!!! I’ve been listening to her for quite some time now and recently joined her Be Bold membership. I’ve seen huge improvements in my overall wellbeing and can’t wait for you to see what she has created for our September Wannabe Free challenge. Listen to the Podcast we did together. In our Wannabe Balanced facebook group, we have been doing these monthly challenges. I usually create a challenge around something that I’m struggling with, or want to improve in my own life. For a while there I was really struggling with feelings of resentment, and self doubt, but thanks to Jody Moore, I’ve been able to release a lot of these negative emotions and learn how to be FREE and live a happier life.
This months challenge is called Wannabe Free! It’s about freeing our minds of the negative emotions that are keeping us from reaching our true potential.
